After my laundry, the Colour Catcher® sheet had changed colour, does this mean it has taken colour off my clothes?

Absolutely not. The colour of the sheet is the proof of the product working effectively. The dye that leaked from your clothes into the wash was trapped by the sheet rather than on your laundry.

My washing machine instructions state to use a net bag for Colour Catcher®

This is recommended by some manufacturers in the event that the sheet may get trapped in the filter. Please contact our consumer advice team and they will send you a net bag.

Do Colour Catcher® sheets contain any chemicals?

Not at all, Colour Catcher® sheets do not contain any chemicals, they work with the laws of physics. The negative ions present in fabric dyes are attracted to the positive ions in the Colour Catcher® sheet. As a result the colour is trapped by the sheet and does not run onto your laundry.

What products are available?

All Colour Catcher® products are designed to protect your laundry from colour runs, however DYLON® has a whole range of Fabric care products including whiteners, ironing aids and stain removers.
